Terms and Conditions for Virtual Office Services
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. By availing of our Virtual Office Services, the client agrees to the terms and conditions outlined herein.
1.2. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our services under three available plans: Starter, Professional, and Premium.
1.3. The inclusions and benefits provided depend on the specific plan chosen by the client.
1.4. The services are subject to availability and may be updated or revised at the discretion of the service provider.
1.5. In addition to these Terms and Conditions, the sublease contract signed by the client and Molmisa Ventures Corporation shall govern and take precedence in case of any conflict.
2. PLANS AND INCLUSIONS
The following are the services and inclusions available under each plan:
Starter Plan
- 🚀 Use of our address for business registration.
- 🚀 Use our address for your website and marketing.
- 🚀 Mailbox for your clients.
- 🚀 Exclusive Access to Online Business Community
- 🚀 Discounts on the use of Access to Molmisa Workspace.
Professional Plan (Includes Starter Plan benefits, plus the following):
- 🚀 Discounts on the use of Molmisa Private Meeting Room.
- 🚀 Business Consultation.
- 🚀 Discounts on Business Community Networking Events/Training.
- 🚀 Free Access to Molmisa Workspace (2 half-day passes per month)*.
- 🚀 Unlimited Photocopy & Printing*.
Premium Plan (Includes Professional Plan benefits, plus the following):
- 🚀 1 Free Pass on Business Community Networking Events/Training.
- 🚀 Free Use of a Private Meeting Room (1 whole-day use per quarter)*.
- 🚀 Free business registration/renewal assistance at BPLO.
- 🚀 Free display of business flyers and cards in the Workplace.
- 🚀 Inclusion of business logo in community business events.

3. USE OF ADDRESS
3.1. The provided business address may only be used for purposes explicitly agreed upon through the signed Sublease Contract, such as business registration, website presence, and marketing materials.
3.2. Misuse of the address, including but not limited to illegal activities or misrepresentation, will result in immediate termination of services without a refund.
4. ACCESS TO FACILITIES AND SERVICES
4.1. Access to the Molmisa Workspace and Private Meeting Room is by prior booking and subject to availability.
4.2. Workspace and meeting room usage included in the Professional and Premium Plans must be used within the same calendar month or quarter and cannot be carried over.
4.3. Unlimited photocopying and printing are subject to fair usage policies.
5. USE OF LEASED PREMISES
5.1. The leased premises are for business registration purposes only and not for day-to-day operations.
5.2. Visits or work at the premises require an appointment with prior notice and approval by the SUBLESSOR.
5.3. Approved visits may incur additional fees, subject to the SUBLESSOR's discretion.
6. COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT
6.1. Participation in the Online Business Community and Networking Events is encouraged but not mandatory.
6.2. Business logos and promotional materials displayed at events or the Workplace must align with community standards and receive prior approval.
7. PAYMENT TERMS
7.1. Payment for services must be made in advance, either monthly or annually, based on the client’s chosen billing cycle.
7.2. Late payments may result in restricted access to certain services until payment is received.
8. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
8.1. Clients may cancel their subscription by providing at least 30 days' written notice.
8.2. Refunds, if applicable, will only cover deposit slips under certain circumstances as outlined in the Sublease Contract. The SUBLESSEE remains liable for all Lease Fees incurred prior to the date of termination unless the SUBLESSOR ceases service.
9. INDEMNIFICATION AND LIABILITY
9.1. To the extent allowed by law, the SUBLESSEE agrees to indemnify, hold harmless, and defend the SUBLESSOR and LESSOR (LN Prime Leasing Corporation) against any losses, claims, liabilities, or expenses, including attorney's fees, arising from the SUBLESSEE’s use or misuse of the premises, except in cases of SUBLESSOR's negligence.
9.2. The SUBLESSOR is not responsible for any loans, credits, or business disputes involving the SUBLESSEE. Threats or incidents affecting the SUBLESSOR, employees, premises, or operations may result in immediate service termination without compensation and will be reported to the authorities.
10. CONFIDENTIALITY AND PRIVACY
10.1. The service provider ensures that all client information and mail received at the provided address remain confidential.
10.2. Clients are responsible for collecting their mail regularly or arranging forwarding services. The fee for the forwarding services will be deducted from their deposit.
11. AMENDMENTS
11.1. The service provider reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time with prior notice to clients.
12. GOVERNING LAW
12.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
By signing up and paying for our Virtual Office Services, the client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
