MARLON MOLMISA is a respected leadership coach, corporate trainer, business consultant, and motivational speaker. Since 2012, he has been empowering leaders and organizations through impactful coaching, training, and talent development programs.
As the Chairman of the Molmisa Group, Marlon oversees successful businesses across key industries, including learning and development, retail, food, real estate, and video production. His companies, such as Molmisa Ventures Corporation, Azcend Leadership and Consulting Corporation, The Digital Juan Productions, Olivz Food Corporation, and Mzone Training Philippines, reflect his expertise in building thriving enterprises.
Marlon holds a Master’s in Public Management from Ateneo de Manila University- School of Government and a Postgraduate Certificate in Business and Management Consulting from the Asian Institute of Management. He is also a co-founder of the Business and Management Consultants Association of the Philippines (BMCAP).
With over a decade of experience, Marlon has worked with countless entrepreneurs and leaders, helping them build thriving businesses in industries such as retail, gas and oil, health and wellness, and construction. His leadership insights have enabled individuals and teams to unlock their potential, drive performance, and navigate challenges with clarity and confidence.
His leadership experience spans both public and private sectors. Previously a Board of Regents member at Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Pasig (2010–2011), he also served as Executive Assistant to the Mayor of Pasig City (2024), focusing on education initiatives and scholarship programs.
A licensed professional teacher, Marlon uses his skills in training and public speaking to inspire individuals and teams. He is the author of the inspirational books “Ang Mahalaga Bumangon Ka” and “The Game Plan of the Underdog.”
Monica is a certified Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) Specialist, a distinction she earned after completing her certification at the University of the Philippines Manila in 2018. She is one of the few AAC specialists in the Philippines and currently holds the position of Treasurer at the Philippine Association of Speech-Language Pathologists.
A graduate of the University of the Philippines-Manila with a Bachelor of Science in Speech Pathology, Monica has also worked in prestigious healthcare institutions, including The Medical City and Makati Medical Center. She is currently a Special Lecturer at the University of the Philippines-Manila, sharing her expertise with the next generation of speech-language professionals.
Monica’s academic and professional journey is marked by excellence. She was named the valedictorian of her batch in both grade school and high school at Paco Catholic School, the largest parochial school in the Philippines. In 2008, she was honored as the Most Outstanding Achiever of the Year for her active participation in various organizations, contests, and extracurricular activities.
Currently, Monica is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Management at iAcademy-Makati, where she has consistently earned Dean’s List honors. She plans to obtain certifications in Real Estate Brokerage and Real Estate Appraisal in 2025. Monica’s insights and expertise have been featured in numerous media outlets, and she has co-authored the leadership book, The Game Plan of the Underdog.
